Lux Performance Group is a professional racing team based in Oregon.  We are seeking a dynamic individual with a positive attitude to join our team and help coordinate hospitality activities at 2015 race venues.  This position requires extensive travel, and the right candidate is responsible for coordinating and carrying out various tasks to ensure complete guest and team satisfaction from the moment they arrive at the race track until their departure.  You must be professional in appearance and manner at all times with the willingness to work hard and get your hands dirty.  Responsibilities include:

• Meet, greet and work closely with all sponsors, guests and team members.  
• Assist with and be held accountable for team and guest credentials, transportation, golf cart rentals, radio sets, RVs, food and beverage service, and other track responsibilities.
• True ability to multitask competing priorities at once and work calmly under pressure.
• Ability to anticipate needs, respond rapidly to new unexpected challenges, and adapt priorities accordingly.
• Exceedingly well organized, flexible, versatile, and enjoy the challenges of supporting a fast-moving environment.
• Willingness to accept direction, quick to learn, and customer service oriented with a strong work ethic.
• You thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Able to work with physical demands in an outdoor environment.
• Requires extensive travel and work weekends and some holidays.
• Background in event coordination, corporate hospitality, customer service and executive support; experience in motorsports is a plus
• Approximately 4-6 weekends (Thursday - Monday).
