FAMILY FACTS

  • Husband Fred, who is also Cindi’s crew chief, is heavily involved in robotics. Develops new robotic products for commercial, military and other purposes.
  • Comes from a long-time automobile family, worked in family Chrysler dealer as a child. Remembers sweeping the parts room surrounded by boxes of Mopar parts.
  • Grandfather raced a Chrysler New Yorker Coupe in the 1953 Pan-American Road Race in Mexico
  • Brother won two National Drag Racing Events in 1978 driving a Barracuda in Stock Eliminator. Sears Point and Mile High Nationals driving for Direct Connection (Which is now Mopar) Set 24 NHRA National records in Stock and Super Stock all driving Chrysler products under the watchful eye of Larry Shepard. First person to convert a front wheel drive Chrysler car to a rear wheel drive car for the newly created Super Stock Category GT in 1993.
